While we are in a populated area, we do have bears in the area.
CAMPGROUND RULES AND INFORMATION
SPEED LIMIT: 5 Miles per hour thru-out the park
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: check in time is 12:00pm and check out is by 11 :00am. Please get approval from office staff if a late check out is needed. Late arrivals must notify the office.
OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 6 people allowed per site at any one point and time. All visitors must check in at the office.
CAMPING SITE:Your site includes 1 RV Camping unit & up to 2 vehicles. Vehicles that do not fit on your site must park in a visitor parking area. Please DO NOT park in the mud, on the grass, another site, or on the road. STAY ON GRAVELi Tents are not allowed on your RV site. Grills are not allowed on top of the picnic table. Please put all fires out at the end of night.
QUIET HOURS: Are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; children must return to their own site by 10:00 PM.
TRASH PICKUP: Must be curbside at your site by 11:00am. After 11:00am please take your trash to the dumpster located at the front of the park.
SEWER CONNECTIONS:use of rubber donut or water tight collar on all sewer connections is required. Any sewage leakage and deanup is your responsibility and could be charged by
management.
WATER HYDRANTS: Our water hydrants are frost proof. However, water must be turned off with hoses disconnected from the hydrant and camping unit when temperatures are below 32 degrees. Guests are responsible for any damage for failure to comply.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Our laundry room is open 24 hours. Please clean out the washer & dryers after each use. Please keep the laundry room door closed.
BICYCLES: Bikes are allowed in the park during daytime hours. Please educate your children on the basics of riding. Helmets are required for children under 17. Management reserves the right to speak to a child and take away riding privileges if deemed appropriate.
FIREWOOD and FIREPITS: NO OUTSIDE FIREWOOD PERMITTED IN THE CAMPGROUND.
Tennessee law has restrictions due to the Emerald Ash Borer and Thousand Cankers Disease. Firewood is available for purchase at office and can be delivered to your site. Campfires are allowed in designated fire pits and must be attended at all times. Absolutely no burning of garbage, paper, cans, glass, etc.
GOLF CARTS: All golf carts must be registered at the office upon check in. Electric golf carts must purchase a permit pass. The cost is $5.00 per day. Personal carts must have proof of proper liability insurance. No Kids under the age of 16 can operate the cart without an adult.
ALCOHOL: No public display, must have in a koozie or a cup.
GOLF GREEN ISLAND You can only hit the floating golf balls purchased from the camp store. All golf balls must be hit from the designated golf tee. 10 ball bucket is $5.00 / 20 ball bucket is $10.00.
SWIMMING & FISHING and WATER RELATED ACTIVITIES: NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, .Swim at your own risk in the designated swimming area. Children under age 12 must have an adult present. NO DOGS ALLOWED ON THE BEACH OR IN THE WATER. Life jackets are available to rent in the office. Swimming during daylight hours only. No unattended fishing lines or cast nets. Worms and light fishing tackle are available for purchase in the camp store.
PETS: Mammoth ridge RV Park is a pet friendly facility. There is a designated dog park for your
pet to run off the leash. Dogs being walked around the park & outside your site MUST B E ON ALEASH! No pet cages or fences allowed. Excessive dog barking will be addressed and could result in early departure with no refund. PICK UP ALL YOUR DOGS POOPI.
MAIL & SHIPPING SERVICES: Shipping to the campground is allowed. However, we are not responsible for any package left outside or damaged. All mail/packages will be placed in the
laundry room for you to pick up at your convenience. Delivery to your site is only per request.
VIDEO / CAMERA SURVEILLANCE: Mammoth Ridge RV Park has video recording cameras
placed throughout the park.
DRONES: Drones are not permitted throughout the property for consideration and safety of our
guests.
PROHIBITED: Generators, tents, tarps, fireworks, firearms. disorderly and inconsiderate behavior. Walking through other sites. Oil changes & lubes. Clothes lines, grills on picnic tables,
any permanent connections, foundations, porches, storage buildings, boats , and utility trailers. No digging or permanent flower beds/gardens. No liquid waste of any kind should be dumped on the ground. No abandoned vehicles. Failure to abide by rules will result in leaving without a
refund.
Reservation, Cancelation Policy:
A specific site location is not guaranteed, however, we make every attempt to accommodate your request. We require a 50% deposit for all reservations. You must call the office to make any cancelations. You Must cancel 14 days prior to the check-in date in order to receive a full deposit refund. Canceling days 7 through 14 of your checking-in date will result in a 25% deposit refund and canceling 5 days or less of your check-in date will result in NOT REFUND. There are no refunds given for early departures.
Mammoth Ridge RV Park and Campground is privately owned and reserves the right to remove any guest without a refund if any of our rules are violated, creates a disturbance, or nuisance. Mammoth Ridge RV Park and Campground is not responsible for any loss due to fire, theft, accidents, Mother Nature, or any other loss, whether it may be by injury or loss of property.
