Mammoth Ridge is the work of Darrin and Jennifer — a family who believed this quiet corner of East Tennessee was meant to be shared. Building the park took sacrifice, long days and a willingness to shape every acre by hand.
From the first cleared site to the finished lakefront, every detail reflects their commitment to creating a welcoming place where travelers feel at home. When you stay with us, you're part of a story that keeps growing.

The lake is well-stocked and there is nothing like seeing kids catch a fish for the first time. The night sky is incredible — the stars are truly awesome. Jen and Darren are wonderful owners, very accommodating and friendly. They have put a lot of blood, sweat, and tears into building this place from scratch."

It made our transition to moving to TN close to flawless. We miss the Ridge!"
"Nice park. Has a lake with a beach. The sites are gravel with full hookups and long enough for my F250 and 27-foot trailer with room to spare. Picnic table and fire ring, all connections are in good working order. We paid $400 for a week. Several wineries in the area. The town is a great way to spend an afternoon."
"I stayed here for a quick overnight on an animal rescue transport. The setting is very nice, scenic, and peaceful. It's apparent they are working very hard to upgrade and improve all aspects of the campground. A peaceful and beautiful place to stay if you are passing through the area."

The owners know everybody by name and are always out doing improvements and maintaining the park. They have major holiday events and very clean bathrooms. The upgrades really set it apart.
